PRAB Consulting Services developed an advanced solution to provide the Wholesaler an advanced tool to route calls in countries where the Local Number Portability is implemented.

Our solution is designed to drive heavy traffic in the cloud, to empower the customers’ business, allowing them to be more efficient in the usage of voice switch, ports and circuits.

The service provides in real time, all the information to the service provider for the best route for every single call, increasing the ASR and assuring all calls are routing to the correct service provider. Also positively impacting the business margin.

Service Overview

The “Routing Service” is based on Session Initial Protocol (SIP) and acts as a “SIP Redirect Server”. A redirect server is a user agent server that generates 302 responses to requests it receives, directing the client to contact an alternate set of URIs.

The “Routing Service” works together with all soft-switches supporting SIP 302 messages instead of 302 redirect responses, the customer can choose among:
